screen non responsive

i have an iphone xs. i've done soft restart. let the battery die and reboot. and still no connection to touch. i can use my earpods to accept calls but still have a non responsive touch screen. HELP

My IPhone 6S+'s touchscreen doesn't work during calls Whenever I call or receive a call, my touchscreen stops working. I have resort to using my AirPods to pickup and end calls. I've tried turning off my phone and turning it back on and it worked for a while but then stopped working again. I've removed my screen protector and it still doesn't work. We've tested to see if the problem is with noise playing from the phone but that isn't the case either.

Touch not reacting Good morning. I bought iPhone x from my friend. All was okay but When I install ear speaker. iPhone was restarting and touch not reacting. I bought new screen I think flex of screen was broken. Still touch not reacting. I recovery ios not work. Please help

If you get no help, it might be also a screen failure (digitizer?), but we can't diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

Make an appointmente at an Apple Store or AASP and have your iPhone inspected:--> Apple – Location Selector
