I do not have a remote icon on my itunes for windows, my research suggested turning on bonjour which i do not have and cannot seem to find a download link. Is there no way for me to connect remote to my pc?

is there anyway to run bonjour without buying filemaker pro?

a thread suggested i turn on bonjour in my services menu but do not have bonjour installed on my pc. Also it is not available in the windows store, it seems the only way to download it is to spend hundreds on filemaker pro all i want to do is connect my watch to my itunes but the remote button will not show up...

If you've installed iTunes from the Microsoft Store then you won't have a separate Bonjour service, but the relevant ports should be set up to permit AirPlay. See TCP and UDP ports used by Apple software products - Apple Support and check your firewall settings. Alternatively uninstall the Microsoft Store version of iTunes and reinstall from http://apple.com/itunes/download/win64.
