iMessage no receiving messages after changing to new iphone

I got a new iPhone yesterday and the only problem is that iMessage doesn't seem to receive messages on the new phone. I transferred my contents and settings with phone to phone cable at the Apple store and everything seemed fine. However, I receive iMessages on my iPad and Mac, which don't appear on the new iPhone. I already went to settings->messages->sign out of Apple ID, and I signed in again, and I see my phone number in the list of devices with a spinning wheel to the left of it.

Any ideas? Thank you!

Reset Device

If necessary

Hard reset

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting
