iOS screen recording error -5831. What does it mean???

Apple support has been useless in answering this. Does anyone know what error code -5831 means when a screen recording fails???

Apple support is telling me the normal update iOS, reset network settings, update apps etc.

If these fixed the issue I wouldn’t have contacted Apple Support.

Error while screen recording with audio So, everything is up to date with plenty of storage and all the necessary things are allowed on the ipad. While screen recording with voice I get a error 5823.
