Make shared purchases available under library

If I buy a tv show it shows up on the Apple TV device under shared purchases for my wife and she can stream it.

She has no way to stream it on a Mac or iPad. For Mac or Ipad, it's necessary to download the item from the shared purchase page.

How can I make shared purchases show up under the library with the rest of the shows?
