How to restart your iPhone X or 11

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power off slider appears.

3. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off.
4. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

press and hold the home button and the power button for at least 10 seconds on till the apple logo appears when this happens release the two buttons. This only works on some models so sorry if it dosent on yours.

Do you have any tips for earning points as i had an account 2 years ago that was level ten with above 500,000 points and i kind of forget how i got them so restarted an hour ago.
