Hello,I have problem with this update and actually I don’t want to update. I’v tried canceling it by restarting my iPone7 but it didn’t work, even I cannot pause it! Please help me!!

You can go to Settings > Storage and delete the update.
You really need a better backup strategy.
If you started the update and went through the step of erasing your iPhone there is no cancelling and going back.
If it is showing that then it has not erased it. If you don’t want to update just ignore the notice to do so but you are missing many security updates that were released.

When doing an update the first process that occurs is erasing the iPhone which removes the previous version of iOS that was used.
