Podcast keeps pausing
Just bought an iPhone 11. There are a few quirks that are driving me nuts. My podcasts keep pausing every 30 seconds or so. Is there a setting I need to change?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. I see that your Podcast app keeps pausing every 30 seconds during use and I’d like to offer you with some help.
Here are some suggestions that I have for you:
1) Perform a simple restart to see if it helps. A lot of times it only takes a simple restart to resolve unknown issues. Restart your iPhone
2) Check for any iOS updates that are available. You can find this by navigating through Settings > General > Software Update. The latest version out right now is iOS 13.3. Be sure to create a backup for your device before performing an update. How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
