Wife’s iPad Air connects to hotel Wi-fi but my iPad Air 2 tells me Wi-fi unavailable!

Both iPads been used before in hotel situations but today for some reason my wife’s older iPad is connected to Hotel Wi-fi while mine will not connect.


the message I get is Hotel wi fi is unavailable!


clearly that is not the case. Both iPads are set up exactly the same. The only slight difference is that my iPad Air 2 is waiting for a software update. Otherwise.... I am .......

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
