How do I send all contacts on old phone to new phone just activated
I need to transfer all contacts from old phone to new phone.

Which old phone do you have?
If it's an old iPhone, make sure you have iCloud > Contacts : ON using the same Apple ID.
It will then auto sync to the new iPhone when you sign in with your Apple ID.
