My child subscribed to a game without my concept and it was a lot of money. I did a report and asked to be refunded. They said they would look over it. They wrote back saying they will refund me the money that was 4 days ago and I’m still waiting how long does it take to get ur money back into ur account.
I would reach out to them again. Make sure you have everything in writing. Give them a couple of days again, if you don't see the refund, contact your credit card company, send them the paper trail of your conversations with the company, the credit card company may be able to reverse the charge.
