I requested a refund on a product my child bought whit out my permission and it has been approved for a refund. He bought it in my credit card at the apple store, it was a subscription on a game, I would like to know how long it would take for the money to come back to my account.

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:
Store credit – It may take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple ID balance.
Mobile phone billing – It may take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time may be affected by your network provider. You can contact your network provider for an update.
All other payment methods – It may take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.

I did and it only tells that my original payment method has been refunded. But the credit card still has the amount in the monthly billing. I wanted to know when would that amount be removed from the billing.

It doesn’t say nothing just the date that the subscription expires, im gonna wait a few days and see if anything changes, since the refund was approved today.
