Can I use two different ways to back up my Mac ?
Is it possible to use both Time Machine and iCloud or Icloud and Google Drive to back up my MacBook Pro ?

I recommend another local backup option ... CarbonCopyClone ($40ish, bombich.com). It clones the drive (even to boot sectors). It makes a fully bootable external drive you can run if the internal drive fails. Also clones itself back onto a replacement system if you ever need a replacement and all of your data and applications are magically restored.
The number of backups also matters ... some people have a cycle of 3 ... 2 at home, the oldest away at a friend's house in case of fire or theft.
Two different backups are great and Time Machine and a bootable clone would protect you from any mishaps.
