Apps not available in US

So I have a few apps which are not available in US, but they're working. If I make payments in these apps, will it be risky to my apple account?

Since the apps are from another region and your billing information is set to the US region, your payment method may not be accepted. If you are concerned, contact iTunes Support to see if what you want to do is possible. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
