How to change the apple care+ Payment to a new card

This afternoon I bought an IPhone at Fashion Valley and I paid with cash. I also bought the AppleCare+ which came out to be $7.99 but I didn’t have my card with me when I went, so my mom used hers. I was wondering how I could take out my moms card and insert my card for the monthly payments.
