Apple Cash not working

I have iMessage and ICloud signed into the same Apple ID and it’s still saying I’m not when I try to send Apple Cash?? Anyone else know how to resolve this issue? I’ve reset my phone and everything.. not sure what to do.

Are you at least 18 and in the USA? Did you try to sign out of your Apple ID and back in?
