Call bounce issue
After updating for 13 iOS, number which are not saved their call are directly getting bounced. It is just notifying me it as a misscall n caller is getting busy tone

it sounds like you may have a new feature enabled in iOS 13 known as Silence Unknown Callers. You can check if this setting is enabled in Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers
