My iphone 8 is frozen, showing a spinning wheel on a black screen continuously. I cannot turn it off or on.
None of the usual remedies are working. I have tried pressing on/off button and I have tried holding down on/off button with home button simultaneously for 2 minutes.
I tried ringing my phone from another phone and my phone does not ring.
Help!!!
