I want to cancel a subscription in My Account. I can access My Account okay but when Iclick on Manage Subscriptions and the little gear wheel just goes round and round and nothing happens.
Anyone know why?

Have solved the issue. My iMac is linked to my iPad. Realised I had set up the subscription on my iPad and was able to cancel it there. Thanks however for your suggestions.
Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?
Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
