Apple Family App payments

Hi there ive had Apple family membership for a few years now and have been very satisfied as have my family members with Music and now look forward to Apple TV +. Currently all the spend is on my Credit card and I want to know if its possible to change the arrangement to enable individuals to pay for their own Books and specifically Apps using their own Credit cards on their Apple ID's.

Im not sure if this can be done by just turning off "Family Purchase sharing" I want to continue to enable them to have access to music but pay for their own Apps.

Any help would be most welcome.

They can't add/use a credit card. They can buy/redeem iTunes Gift cards to the account. Charges will be deducted from the account balance before the organizer's credit card is charged.
