My screen to my watch doesn’t come on when I raise my wrist

my screen does not turn on when I raise my wrist My screen will only turn on if I touch the screen. This is not always convenient if I am doing something with my other hand. The settings are OK. This started happening after the last update. I have turned the Watch off and back on again, but this has not helped. What else can I try?

Check to see if you have turn on theatre mode accidently.
