Gift Card

Hello, I traded in my old

phone and got a new one on Black Friday. I ordered it online and picked it up in store at west town mall in Knoxville, TN. I was supposed to get a $50 gift card, but never received it. I was going to use it toward my apple care and have been waiting for it. I gave the store my phone but still received a box in the mail to turn it in, but I gave it to the store on balcony Friday. Wasn’t sure if this was part of the delay with the gift card?
