Trade in issue
I purchased a iPhone 13 pro max and I sent back my iPhone 8 around 11/17 but I have received my gift card until now, I am wondering when can I get my trade in gift card?

Did you trade it in as part of your purchase of the iPhone or separately as a standalone trade in? If it was part of the purchase process you won't get a card they will credit the amount offered to your method of payment.
