I bought new iPhone 11pro from Dubai, UAE. Unable to turn off the camera sound, have tried ringer silent and with live mode on but not able to turn it off. Checked the make of my phone as well using serial number, it says China.
There is also a beep sound coming when live mode on.
Is there any one else facing same issue? Any way to fix it? Please help! It’s very annoying.
As Giulio stated it could be one manufactured for an area that does not allow the silencing of the shutter. If that is the case, it cannot be silenced. If you have already used the Mute switch on the side of the phone to try and silence it and it did not work, then you have a phone that cannot silence the shutter. There is nothing you can do to change that, except to purchase a phone in a region that does not restrict that.
It could be a device manufactured for a market area where silencing the shutter sound is not allowed (i.e. Japan).

Well I checked the Manufacturer using serial number and it is China not any restricted region, could this be a bug?

That is a Japanese phone. That is what the J stands for just before the /. You will not be able to silence the shutter.
