I bought new iPhone 12 from Dubai, UAE. Unable to turn off the camera sound, have tried ringer silent and with live mode on but not able to turn it off. Checked the make of my phone as well using serial number, it says China.
There is also a beep sound coming when live mode on.

Is there any one else facing same issue? Any way to fix it? Please help! It’s very annoying.

There are many countries where putting camera shutters to silent is illegal (e.g. Japan)
Hence, if you have bought an iPhone from Japan or any of these countries, you cannot put it off, it has been designed specifically for a country that does not allow shutting off the sound.

It would appear you have a device that was built for a market where silencing the camera shutter sound is not permitted.
