Is there’s anyway for me to get into my old iCloud? I no longer has the number associated with the iCloud

Ahh, I see.
You would need to change the trusted number for 2 Factor Authentication to one you can access. Its always a good idea to have a secondary trusted number added where you can get the codes. It can be a landline even, and you would get the codes as an audio message.
