Renaming my Apple Watch

I just posted about renaming Apple wireless earbuds. I have the same problem with the watches. My wife and I both have Apple Watches. Hers is a 4 and I have the 5. When they were synced with our phones both have my name. How can I rename hers to show her name?

Launch Settings from your iPhone's Home screen.
Tap on Bluetooth.
Tap on the current name of your AirPods under My Devices.
Tap on Name.
Edit the Name to your liking.
Tap on the Back button (looks like < ).
