My iPhone 6 was update to the latest iOS but after update was memory full even I clear all the pictures and video still is same

First, the iPhone 6 can’t update to the latest iOS 13 operating system. It’s either you have iOS 12.4.4 (latest iOS available for iPhone 6) or you actually have an iPhone 6S, which can upgrade to iOS 13.

Second, are you sure you really deleted those photos and videos? Go to the Photos app, then tap on Albums. Then scroll until you find Recently Deleted, then tap on that and start deleting the photos and videos. Just keep in mind that when you really want to delete photos and videos, you have to delete it again. If this doesn’t help, go to the next step.

Third, this might be really obvious, but delete apps that you don’t need anymore or you don’t really want or even use anymore. This will really help clear space, especially if you delete large apps that have been untouched in the past few months.
