My Apple Watch 5 has stop waking up whenever I raise my wrist. I have checked the Wake settings and always on settings. They are all OK. I have tried restarting it. But it does not wake up. I have to tap it.

Check to see if you have engaged theater mode.
Swipe up and look at the control panel.
If theater mode is on then the watch will not wake without tapping it.
