how to know if new login occured to my account

now after i clear all accesses from my icloud using the option of the setting "sign out of all browsers"  and i relogin, i dont recieve email that a new login was done, before 27 december 2019 that used to be working, but now it isn't

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand there is a concern with logins not being emailed to you when a new login was created. I'll do what I can to help.


There may be some information stored on some browsers preventing this. Try clearing history and cookies in the browser you're using, restarting the device and trying again.


Make sure also the emails aren't going to the spam or junk folders with the email you use for your Apple ID.

Did you checked the mail notification on the web account , it can be signed from any device , further if that Apple ID address is signed in with system preferences > iCloud and an IMAP account is created the notification mail will be shown both ways , but might appear after few minutes ( due to network traffics ) .

If Apple ID address and password is same as web mail account and the mail application is configured with it ( set as IMAP account ) an immediate mail is received in inbox both in web account and imap account that you signed in with the Apple ID .


Note : it has nothing to do with clear all history and web site data or say if you were using private browsing even the mail will be received .


Also , you must have set up different devices like Mac / iPhone with your browser from where the Apple ID is signed in .

If you sign out all browsers the different devices will be disconnected from your primary browser .

The mail is received on the browser from where Apple ID is signed in and not on other browsers .

Tugboat, thanks for your concern, but this problem appears with me even when I access from a new pc, it isn’t related to my cash, also I have removed all info that is saved on the iCloud server using the option in the setting page “sign out all browsers” so even if my cash have some saved info , the iCloud server should detect a new sign in.

the sign in notification is working ok with apple accounts that is using iCloud accounts , i.e (xxxx@icloud.com)

but as I am using another email account to login (xxxx@hotmail.com) I now don’t receive this notification email.

nothing is working,

now all notifications doesn't reach me, I have used the lost mode , and no email was sent to me

I have logged in from a new pc, no email was sent to me

I turned off then ON "find my iPhone" and no notifications was emailed to me, Resotored my calender,

my account doesn't reflect any action and I get no email about the actions that I do and should be emailed about.

what should I do next.
