How to download music from Mac to iPhone music app?

With regards to the recent app - Music can you please tell me how can I transfer music files from my Music app on the Mac? I have files which has been transferred from CDs and would like to have them on my phone too, but not sure how to do it now, since can't use old iTunes app. Thanks for your help!
