Transfer music to Mac

I realized today that I have some music on my iPhone 13 that is not on my Mac. I believe I bought it on iTunes but that is beside the point. I'm trying to figure how to transfer it to my Mac. It's a late 2012 running Catalina 10.15.7.

I have no problem moving music from my Mac to my iPhone. But there are a few things on my iPhone that for some reason are not on the Mac.

I am not subscribed to Apple Music.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
