My SimpliSafe app is corrupt, and needs to be reinstalled. How do I delete the app from icloud so that I can download a new version of the app? I have deleted form my phone, and moved the slider to "don't back-up", but when I go to the app store, it is still in the cloud.

Yes, I have. I was on with tech support with SimpliSafe for an hour today, and the issue seems to be the app. No matter what I do to delete it, it is still being saved in the cloud, so when I go to the app store, I just keep getting the corrupted version that is being saved to the cloud.
I have tried just about everything other than a burnt offering in the back yard. It's too windy...
I have even gone into the list of apps and turned the slider off that saves back-ups to the cloud, then deleted, but when I then go to the app store to download, the cloud version is still there.
