Voicemail Set-up

I've just bought my first iPhone, a reconditioned iPhone 8. It came without instructions and I can't figure out how to set up voicemail. Any help (the simpler, the better) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Set Up Voicemail I’ve had my iPhone XR for almost two years and have been trying to set up my voicemail since then. I’ve looked up how to many times, but my phone does now show a “set up now” button like the instructions imply. How do I set up my voicemail if there is no “set up” option available? Thanks!
