Is there a difference between Middle Eastern and European iPhones? In terms of use, manufacturing and shelf life? Or are all iPhones in the world a replica of the same product?

There are subtle differences in regional phones, depending on the carriers supporting them, other regional restrictions, such as FaceTime being restricted from many Middle Eastern iPhones. As far as use, that is kind of a subjective question based on individual owner's usage. Manufacturing and shelf live would be the same. Overall they are pretty much the same product, you wouldn't be able to tell from the outside, but the devices are configured to work in their particular region.
