I recently got a gift card for Christmas, iTunes is not letting me buy things on a game saying that either my account balance is too low(which it’s not) or saying that there was a error and my purchase can not be completed. How do I fix?
balance too low means you are not accounting for tax - for example if you have $10 you would need to buy something closer to $8 to account for tax and not something 9.99. For the rest you need to contact Apple. See link at top right of this page.

It’s not saying that anymore. All it’s saying is error has occurred, contact iTunes support... I’m trying to buy something for 4.99 when I have 10$ in my wallet. Extremely out of ideas and support is not very helpful.
