Cannot make in-app purchases.

I made a new apple ID to make use of a $50 gift card I was given. Whenever I attempt in-app purchases, I just get a pop-up saying “Your purchase could not be completed. For assistance, contact iTunes support at ww.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/.” Is there any reason why and any way to fix it?

Nobody on these boards will know what the problem is, and it can't be fixed from your end. Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
