iPhone 11 pro, at some point sometimes I start to interrupt during a call, the phone works completely well, but if I call again it will continue in the same way .. it helps if you just restart the phone. what is the problem and is it warranty

I'm not sure if the calls are dropping, or if the sound is just cutting out, then comes back. In either case, take a look at the steps in this article, as they can help with any calling issue: If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone
Follow all of the steps, including the reset of network settings and contacting your carrier. If you're still having issues, I'd suggest that you contact Apple Support.
