Can’t activate iphone x

Guys. Have an iPhone X that is restored a million times on startup will go through language settings. Wifi settings. Next stage is the activation and it comes up and says unable to activate blah blah. Something about couldn’t access the activation on the phone or something. 

Tried connecting to the iTunes and then just comes up and says about the SIM card not installed properly and stuff. Can’t even get the phone to activate let alone get that far. Any ideas?
