How do I get the billing process off my phone cause everytime I try to download something it always ask for my billing process

If you want to update or download free apps, you need a valid payment info.
This is how Apple verify your account.
Note; With a valid credit card with your name on it, issued by your bank, all updates and free apps are still free,
