how to access my icloud from old iphone 7 , which i don"t have anymore?
can anyone tell how to get my files, pictures, and contact back to download in new Iphone?

If you have an iCloud backup, you restore from that.
If you do not have an iCloud backup, you might get some stuff back if you sign in with the same Apple ID & password.
