Received an email that my phone has a virus and my battery is in jeopardy vpn app could fix it though it was free but it cost almost 10.00 per week don’t want this

Hey there! You can manage your active subscriptions by going to Settings > [your name] and select "iTunes & App Store". Then click your Apple ID and select "View Apple ID". Next, select "Subscriptions" and you can manage them from there.

The email was a SCAM. If you provided any personal information in response, or provided a credit card number, cancel the card with your bank and change the password to any accounts that you provided.
All such messages are scams. Do not interact with the message in any way.
