Not if it is just cosmetic. If it is interfering with the use of the phone you can use one of your two accidental damage incidents and pay the deductible to replace the screen.

Just noticed a scratch on my new iPhone 13 Mini. Is this covered under Apple Care warranty I assume they won't fix this. I keep my phone in my pocket and I never put it next to keys, coins etc. I now have a pretty decent scratch, which is very disappointing as they marketed these phones as being more scratch resistant with the Ceramic Shield. Which is obviously useless.
