iTunes account disabled

my phone is telling me that my account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. Help, I’ve tried everything to fix it

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
