Good morning and Happy New Year!!! I received a message yesterday that someone tried to access my Apple account from Rwanda and needed to change my password. It was very early morning and I managed to change my password, but wanted more information about what happened.

Are you sure the message is legitimate? Does it contain a link for you to sign in somewhere? It may be a scam. If you changed your password using a link in the message, change it again using the procedure below.
