I don’t have a button “Profiles and management” in the settings. I have read your instructions how to get this button, but you say I need to tap the “Download profile”, bit I don’t have this either. Help please!

Usually you have this only if you have downloaded an app which requires Profile Management or have downloaded your organisation's email by downloading their profile.
