Good afternoon, everyone the best wishes for 2020, i play the game Seekers Notes. I bought a new ipad (IOS13.4). In the game i am at level 200, on the old device. I asked the help desk of Seekers Notes to transfer my progress to my new device. They transferred it but i do not receive that update (with my progress till level 200) in the app store. Is anyone familiar with this problem? Kind regards, Jeanet

Thanks for your reply, i see that a wrote in my message that the device is running IOS 13.4, that was incorrect, it must be 13.3, but the problem i described is still my problem....
