Intrest Free purchase of iPhone before December 31 2019 - not correct in my Apple card account

I purchased an Iphone before December 31 2019 expecting to see the monthly installment option reflected in the payment calculation each month. The only option shown to not have an interest charge it to pay the entire amount. How is this corrected in my account?

No interest with apple card I signed up for Apple Card to get “no interest for X months,” when I bought an iPhone. I can’t remember how many months to figure out how much I need to pay each month to avoid interest. Every other card I have done similar promotional purchases with has it someone right on the statement what your promotional purchase terms were. Is anyone aware of a way to locate this information? It’s not on my receipt/invoice.

How do I change my purchase to monthly installments? I recently purchased a new iPhone with my Apple Card and I wanted to take advantage of the 24 month free financing but I don't see the installments section when I look at my purchase in the Apple Card app. Is there a way to change my purchase to monthly installments after the purchase has been made?
