How do I change my purchase to monthly installments?

I recently purchased a new iPhone with my Apple Card and I wanted to take advantage of the 24 month free financing but I don't see the installments section when I look at my purchase in the Apple Card app. Is there a way to change my purchase to monthly installments after the purchase has been made?
