not receiving emails to my icloud account

I haven’t been receiving emails to my Icloud account. i have checked for updates and of softwares are down throughout apple. i have also tried logging in and out of my emails. i have tried logging in on the safari but i am not getting anywhere.

Thanks for reaching out with your question. I want to help make sure you have access to your iCloud email account. To assist with this, I have a few steps for you to try.


First, make sure your device has the latest version of the software. To update an iOS device, look here: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. To update a Mac, look here: How to update the software on your Mac.


Next, go to www.icloud.com and log in with your Apple ID user name and password. Once this information has been input, check to make sure you're able to access your email. Let me know if you experience any issues with your email here. If you get an error, please be sure to provide me with the exact error message.
